    Develop the Navigation for the given design.

    Use ReactJS & Bootstrap 4 to build the layouts


    Create Primary and secondary react components and bind them to the navigation
    component
    The secondary navigation should load on click of the primary navigation.
    Use hover color as shown in design.

    The secondary navigation will expand below the primary navigation
