PM Group Assignment (30 Marks)

Instruction to Follow
Date- 6/2/2020

1. The groups/members and respective topics are mentioned in the excel sheet send along
with this document.
2. The group has to study the nationwide project implemented by the government of India and
allocated to them.
3. The group has to write Project report with 5 pages as following
a. Project Charter with Scope of Project
b. Explain about all the stakeholders in brief
c. Write about Execution of the project
d. Advantages and Disadvantages
e. Statistics/Data/Actual Status as on date with Concerns if any
4. The group has to Prepare presentation of 10 slides based on their Report.
5. The group has to submit Project Report and Presentations on the First day of next
Schedule. (17th Feb, till 1 pm)
6. The presentations will happen on the second day of next schedule. (18 th Feb, till 1 pm)
7. There are 15 marks for Report and 15 marks for Presentation, Total 30 marks for this
component.
