Observe and execute accuracy, appropriate rate, proper expression, and correct
pronunciation in dramatic readings and presentation. (EN5F-IVh-1.6 or 1.3 or 1.7 or 1.14)

is, and the steps to be followed in reading.)
3. DISCUSSION
Interpretative reading choir- is a group of voices that read a text together with
accuracy, appropriate rate, proper expression, and correct pronunciation.
STEPS:
a. Read the whole poem together. Note the slant lines for pauses and
expression of voice.
b. Read the lines assigned to you.
c. Think of what the words you are reading mean and use your voice and
face to show feeling.
(Allow the students read the reading text in page 324-325 in titled
“The Singing Lesson”.)
4. APPLICATION
Read the assigned reading text with accuracy, appropriate rate, proper
expression and correct pronunciation.
(This will serve as an evaluation.) (10 items)
