friends’ nails. If each friend has ten nails to paint, how many nails does Jackie still have to paint? Use any strategy you choose to solve.
Reading: Read 40 minutes and record on your reading log.

solve.

 March 27th – Trip to See Mulan. Please send in the money as soon as you can. We only
have a certain number of seats reserved and it is first-come, first-served.

 Children must be in school uniform EVERYDAY- Light blue polo shirt, navy blue bottom
 For your child to eat breakfast, he/she must be in school by 7:30 AM. Otherwise, children should be to school by
7:45 AM. Instruction begins promptly at 8:00 AM.
 Homework is an important review of learned concepts. Be sure that your scholar completes all homework
every day! Absent students must complete homework for the day(s) they are out of school.
 Encourage your child to read every day. Thirty minutes or more per day will help improve
reading levels. Encourage your child to stop and retell story events after one or two pages of reading. After
your child reads, have a brief discussion of the reading.
