Appendixitis

Appendik is inflammation that occurs in the large intestine which is located on the lower

right side of the stomach. The appendix itself is a part of the intestine that is shaped like a bag

extending 5 to 10 centimeters from the large intestine. The cause of appendicitis is a blockage that

occurs coated with appendicitis that causes infection, bacteria can multiply rapidly which eventually

causes the appendix to become inflamed, swollen, and full of pus. If not treated immediately the

appendix can rupture

Appendix symptoms that often appear are : 1. Pain near the navel or upper abdomen that

becomes increasingly sharp when moving to the lower right abdomen. This is usually the first sign. 2.

Loss of appetite. 3. Nausea or vomiting immediately after an upset stomach starts Swelling of the

stomach. 4. Fever Inability to fart (flatus)


Descriptive

Appendixitis is an inflammatory condition caused by infection that forms pus in the

appendix. Appendixitis occurs if there is food scraps that are trapped and can not get out of the

appendix. So that over time the worm umbal will rot until it spreads to the appendix. Ms. A suffered

from appendicitis, previously Ms. A often had Fever, felt stomach pain in the lower right and also lost

her appetite.

Then Ms. A was taken to the hospital to be treated and an appendectomy was performed.

after an appendectomy, Ms. A was recommended by doctors for drug treatment and for frequent

consumption of fruits and vegetables. Ms. A must also not over-exertion in the first place and also

has to really keep the stitches clean to avoid infection.
