As a result of continuing growth our sales force will be expanding. We are seeking creative,
resourceful, results driven sales professionals with an entrepreneurial perspective to take
ownership of prime territories and manage a diverse industrial range of customers and
channels.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have:

• An Engineering degree or diploma.

• Minimum three years outside technical sales experience.
• The combination of skills, drive and talent to meet and exceed today’s requirements and
be eligible for future career opportunities.
• Experience in industrial controls an asset.
• The ability to maintain and further develop the existing customer base as well as target
and convert new customers.
• A track record of business development and closing new business.
• The ability to develop relationships with new and existing customers and drive value
added custom solutions.
• The skills to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment and work closely
with Marketing and Product Management.
• Active involvement in industry related associations and events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
