1. All civil work like breaking, landing and filling of concrete, core cutting, making foundation for tank and Scaffolding
2. Work will be executed within 45 working days if at all clearance is given.
3. Work will be carried out through approved drawings by us & BOQ. If any amendment or extra material required other
than the approved BOQ will be charged extra.
4. Provide electricity for store room, welding work and other necessary area.
5. Place for Hutment should be provided by you
6. Clearance for site should be given 3 days in Advance
7. Provide drinking water .
8. After supplying the material at the site, Ronak Fire Industries will not be responsible for any theft and damage.
9. If there is no clearance on site from your end due to which we are unable to handover the site on completion date as
mentioned in Work Order we will not be responsible for it and in the meanwhile the rate of material increases that extra
charges other than BOQ will be borne by you.
10. Training will be provided of the entire system to the person appointed by you before we handover.
11. If Tiles are placed, proper protection should be provided by we will not be responsible for any damage.
12. PO should be in the name of Ronak Fire Industries.
13. For DN Nagar site work will be completed in 30 days except for stack parking.
14. Another 30 Days will be required for the completion of stack parking area.
