ṕ the night service was over, a patient named Miss Anisa came and complained of a severe

headache. VSS are stable, symptoms experienced when waking up caused by poor sleep. After being
examined by a doctor he was Dxć cluster headaches. The doctor prescribed Abx and pain relievers
taken as much as T̈ xṪ ṕ meals, and told him to be r/t T̈ days to be given Tx, morning shift to infuse
and examine the patient's s/p. ṕ the morning EOS, the nurse takes the patient to do a CT scan to
determine the severity of the patient's head, which may or may not be operated. EoS, á the patient
sleeps, NoC nurses provide Thx related to a decrease in headaches ś Abx, by raising the head and
playing music so that sleep can be more comfortable. the second day, as he wished, when he woke
up the patient felt his head had Δ slightly better than á and did not feel pain. á eating, the doctor
examines it again and lets the patient go home because the CT scan results don't look too bad by
prescribing drugs ś Sx, and tells the patient to come control of his health 8 8 days to find out the
health development of his disease.
