To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to present my diploma for it will not be
released by the school yet. I sincerely apologize for I’ll be not submitting the document on time.

I already contact the school for the diploma, but it would take them three months before it will be
released from the school registrar. I will try my best to pass it the moment I get the document from the
school and keep you posted with their responses. I hope, however, it won’t be causing too much
inconvenience and, my apologies be accepted.
