Scope of works

1. Facility

Complete extraction/removal/demolishing of front wall with door & door frame in chiller room of
PRECISE Production-Crystal processing area.

• Contractor has to arrange all the civil/electrical requirements, remove & manage the waste of
the works in own risk.
• Clamping of gypsum ceiling & securing it properly as per standard structure in PRECISE.
• Electrical fitting /resetting of electrical isolator with suitable rating for machines used in the
production facility.
• Properly cover the wall edges/corners of the chiller room.

2. Machine -1(Crystal Grinding machine)

Fabrication & Supply and installation of Crystal grinding machine as per the sample provided with drive
motor similar to the sample. (electric motor, belt, structure and safety)

3. Machine-2(Belt Polishing machine)

Fabrication & Supply and installation of Crystal belt polishing machine as per the sample provided with
drive motor similar to the sample. (electric motor, belt, structure and safety)

4. Grinding Plates (For Crystal Grinding)

Fabrication & supply of MS round plate as per the dimension provided. (22”/30mm)

5. Exhaust & dust controlling-1

Modification of existing exhaust system in chiller room to dust controlling system with axial fan, duct
modification, power supply, etc. similar to the existing system. (3phase axial fan)
 6. Exhaust & dust controlling-2

Supply and installation of 3phase axial fan for carpentry area in production within the existing duct
provided. (3phase axial fan)
