Sateen 2 CIRCUIT ADJUSTMENTS GENERAL INFORMATIONS All adjustment are horoughly checked and corrected when the receiver leaves the factory. Therefore the reeiver should operate normally and produce proper colour and BAW pictures upon installation, However, several minor adjustments may be requited depending on the particular location in which the receiver is operated. ‘This rovelver is shipped completly in carton. Carefully draw out the receiver fom the carton ard remove all packing materials. Power cord into convenient 220 vols 50 Hz AC two pin power outlet. Turn the receiver ON. Chock and adjust all the customer controls such as BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST and COLOUR Controls to obtain natural colour or BAW picture AUTOMATIC DEGAUSSING A dezaussing Coil is mounted around the picture tube so dat exterual degaussing afer moving the receiver is normally unnecesssry, providing the receiver is properly degausseu upon installation. The ddegaussing coil operates for about I seoond alter the power to the receiver is switebed ON. If the set is moval or faced ina different direction, the power switch must be switched of at least 30 minutes in ‘order that the automatic depanssing eireust operates properly Should the chassis or prs of the cabinet ‘become magnetized to ease poor colour pumty, use un estemal-degaussing coil, Slowly move the {degassing coil around the faceplate ofthe picture tube, the sides and front of the receiver and slowhy ‘wih the coil fo a distance of about 2m before diseonnecting i rom AC source. If eolour shading sill persist, perform the COLOUR PURITY ADJUSTMENT and CONVERGENCE, ADIUSTMENTS procedures POWER SUPPLY ADJUSTMENT CAUTION: #8 voltage has close relation to high vollage. To avoid X- beto H115V 1 radiation, *B voltage should ‘Sot RVBD1 to the mechanical center and AC power supply to 22082V. Connest a digital volimeter to two pins of C822, ond then turn on the TV.
