PROCEDURES
CLEAN
Wash food and raw material
Regularly clean containers, utensils and kitchen tools
Frequently wash your hand before intaking
SEPARATE
Separate raw meat, poultry, seafood, and eggs from
each other to avoid cross- contamination
Always use clean cutting board, plates and platters
COOK
Used food cooking thermometer to measure the
internal temperature of the food
To make sure that your food is completely cooked
CHILL/FREEZE
Use freezer to szlow down the growth of bacteria
Refrigerate or freeze food right after you bought
them from the store
Avoid eating any food that has been left out at the
temperature above 32C. for two or more hour
