You are notified that the attached Complaint, together with all
its annexes, has been filed with this office for formal hearing in
consonance with the Revised Rules of Procedure Before the
Administrative Disciplinary Authorities and the Internal Affairs Service
of the Philippine National Police (NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular
No. 2016-002).

Wherefore, you are hereby directed to submit your Answer,

containing a list of your witnesses and their individual annexes, if
obtaining, accompanied by documentary or other evidence you may
have in support of your defense, within five (5) days from receipt of
the summons; copy furnished the complaint.

Failure to submit your Answer shall be considered as a general

denial of the charges and the summary hearing shall proceed ex-
parte.
