Details
§ In case the Bid Cost is lower by 10% from the NHAI cost then
bidder will have to give an additional PS to the tune of 10% of
difference between Bid Cost and NHAI Cost

§ Additional PS will be released on completion of 70% progress on

Project
§ Obligation on Concessionaire to complete work on Land handed
over within 180 days of Appointed date by COD. Such obligation
earlier was limited to 90 days.
§ Compensation higher at Rs. 100 per 1000 sqm from Rs. 50 per
1000 sq meter
§ Compensation limited to a maximum of 90 days against an
unlimited time period in other BOT concessions
§ Further Concession limiting remedy available to Concessionaire to
payment of these damages only
