Dear Maam/Sir,

I am writing this letter in behalf of the Dance Theatre Guild Alumni. In December, we will be
having our 21st Dance Theatre Guild Alumni Party. This celebration aims to spend time
with each other and tighten our bond as alumni.

In line with this, we would like to ask for support to make this party happened. We are
expecting 30 – 50 alumni to attend this event. We would greatly appreciate donations – in
cash or in kind. This event will be held on December 28-29,2019, Magayon Beach Resort.
