Hyperself Electrical
Hyperself Electrical is a self-adhesive membrane manufactured to highest international standards. The adhesive bituminous
compound present in Hyperself Electrical enables the membrane to maintain great flexibility even at low temperatures. It is
topped with an extermely heavy duty multi-ply cross-laminated polyethylene film which provides excellent electrical and
Puncture Resistance.

This makes this product ideally suited for underground Metro and other Rapid Transit Systems. This product can also be used
wherever extra tough protection is required.

Application of Hyperself Electrical is fast and easy. It does not require special installation equipment. It is applied without
the use of heat. The surface must be clean, dry and dust-free. The surface is first cleaned completely to eliminate all sharp
projections. After cleaning, suitable primer such as IWL Primer / IWL CS is coated on the surface (for more details refer relevant
data sheets). Hyperself Electrical is unrolled over the coated surface and bonded completely to the substrate. It is better to lay
the rolls from the lowest point and to work upwards. Care must be taken to ensure that counter-gradient overlaps are not created.

Hyperself Electrical should preferably be stored in a dry covered place. Hyperself Electrical is generally available in rolls of
1 * 20 mts with 1.5 mm thickness. Other widths and thicknesses can be supplied on request.
