What does this guide help you do?

This guide walks you through the key features of the newly launched Merlin Tool and shows you
how to play around with the interactive platform.

About the tool

After you complete the survey, you will receive access to an online interactive platform allowing
you to filter results by overall performance, category, supplier, demographics, perception gap and
trend views.

How to get started?

After you complete the survey, visit the tool’s landing page on our website and click on the launch
button. A new tab will open to take you to the tool. You can also use this link to view your report-
use your Gartner credentials to log-in.

Accessing the Tool
 Once logged-in, you will be redirected to the “About” page.

About Page
This tab is an overview page. It provides an introduction of Merlin and how the dashboard reports
are useful for the members.

Overall View
This tab provides an overall result. This page reports overall score by suppliers and categories

Click on the “Zoom”

button to view all the
suppliers by their overall
score.

Click on the “Sort” button

to view the top/bottom

category name to
view the category

Category Analysis
This tab provides category-wise result. This page reports overall suppliers scores for a category.

Select different
categories from the drop
