5 ISSUES you may encounter with our

product and SOLUTIONS to avoid them

Our Wireless Smart Beanie Headset is an innovation in itself that goes

unparalleled. It is a concept that is lauded by many; an idea that is not only
unique but also unthinkable.

However, many have complained about encountering certain problems with

our product that must be resolved as soon as possible. This article addresses
the major problems that you may encounter using our Beanie Headset,
alongside the strategies you may adopt to avert any problem causing your
experience with our product to become unpleasant.
Problem #1: Poor Sound Quality

With supreme integrity, we disappointingly put out the first complaint that
we often receive from our customers; poor sound quality. Upon launching
this product in the market, we promised our customers a loud and HD music
experience that would go unmatched. We claimed that the digital sound
quality of our Beanie Headset is backed by a high performance stereo
loudspeaker driver. Receiving all the complaints regarding the quality of the
sound, many of our customers feel that we have terribly failed at delivering
our promises. In line with these complaints, we inspected all the nuts and
bolts of our product, and found out that EVERYTHING IS ACTUALLY IN PLACE.
And hey, we are not calling our product perfect because that is just too
clichéd, yeah?! On a serious note, everything with the sound quality is
actually okay. And we certainly do not mean to leave you on your own to
figure it out all by yourself. Nope! Considering that this problem is faced by
too many of you, we have got some solutions that must work. (Just in the
event that they do not, you must reach out to us and we’ll look for a way
forward!)

Solution #1: Charge your battery again

Our Beanie Headset connects to your phone or any other electronic device
via Bluetooth, and since Bluetooth headsets are operated by batteries, there
may arise some situations where they just would not work as you expect
them to. Why? Because they are running out of juice. You gotta do two
things here, ladies and gentlemen. Charge your Beanie Headset and make

sure that your phone, too, got enough juice.

Solution #2: Update your phone

This may be very obvious, but there is a high likelihood that your drivers are
outdated. If your Bluetooth audio should be working but does not, try
updating your phone. Trust us, it is really that simple at times.
Problem #2: One Size DOES NOT Fit All
Aight, one size does not fit all! Contrary to our claim of designing the Beanie
Headset using stretchable knit material to fit all sizes and shapes, we have
received numerous complaints about its size. Some customers who have
bought this product from us often complain abut the beanie being too big or
too small to fit their heads. Okay then, how about we resolve your problem?
Solution #1: STRETCH AND STRETCH
If your head is too big to fit into the beanie, or if the beanie is too small to fit
your head, why not stretch? Our beanie is designed using super stretchable
high-quality knit material, like you may have figured it out already. When
you stretch the beanie for sometime, it will tend to fit your head; it is a thing
with knitwear. Knit material, if stretched hard continuously multiple times for
a brief time period, will most likely expand and change its shape
permanently.

Solution #2: Hot Water

And to those people who find our beanie too big for their heads, we have a
strategy for you too. You do know our beanie is washable, right? You may
remove the speakers and wash the beanie with hot water. There’s a whole
new science behind hot water causing certain things to shrink and we
certainly do not need to get into the details. If you find the beanie too big for
your head, just run it under hot water for sometime and it will shrink to a
smaller size. Voila! Problem solved.
Problem #3: Speakers Come Off Loose
Okay, so we’ve got these speakers inside the beanie that are secured by
velcro. However, many of our customers report that the control module that
is held by the velcro continues to move throughout the beanie along with the
speakers particularly because the sticky surface T the back of the velcro is
not strong enough. People also complain that the velcro keeps coming off at
times, and the speakers come off loose. Now that is, indeed, one problem
that needs to be addressed immediately because our idea certainly does not
revolve around leaving our precious customers with a nice hat for the winter,
and that too without music and Bluetooth. Hence, the following solution is
likely to work best for your speakers to stay in place:

Solution #1: Clean the dirt

It’s all about the dirt, yeah! See, there is a reason why the velcro does not
stick. Velcro got some tiny loops that perfectly stick together and also get
inseparable at times. However, these loops may not stick and cause the
sticky surface at the back of the velcro to come off, eventually causing the
speakers to come off loose, particularly because of dirt. There may be some
dirt accumulated within these loops that can be cleaned easily. Just grab an
old toothbrush and rub off all the dirt. Try making the velcro stick again let’s
just hope that it sticks, which it most probably will! Also, if there’s some lint
on the velcro with hair and other fibers, just try removing it using your
fingers or with the help of a comb.
Problem #4 and #5: Blinking Problem, Battery
Wouldn’t Charge and Headset Doesn’t Turn On
As scary as it may sound, we have received complaints against the battery.
Since these two problems are related to the battery, we thought we should
talk about their solutions under one post. So, here is the first thing; some of
our customers have been reported telling us that the they put on the charger
for an hour, the Beanie Headset would turn on, blink red for a while and then
blink blue after a couple of seconds, eventually going off, and never working
again. According to our instructions manual, when you put our Beanie
Headset to charge, you will observe a red light indicating that the battery is
filling up. This red light will turn off and get blue when the headset is fully
charged. For some customers, the whole charging situation was rather
confusing. They reported that the red light goes on when the headset is put
to charge the first time, and goes off after a brief period of five seconds.
Following up on that, no light ever came on for many after the first attempt.

Another problem with the beanie revolves around the inability of some
customers to turn it on. For some people, it works really well for the first
time. When the customers charge the beanie in the second attempt, it does
not turn on. Since the headset fails to turn on, pairing it with a device
becomes impossible. But don’t you worry, we’ve got you covered. Following
are some solutions that may help you get your Beanie Headset back in
action.

Solution #1: Insert all the plugs

When you put your beanie headset to charge, just insert all the plugs. Always
ensure that when you are plugging or unplugging the charging plug, it stays
light or else the plug will come off loose over prolonged time periods.

Solution #2: Don’t use the headset while charging

Okay, let’s just face it, many of us tend to use our devices while they are on
charge. Yep, that is the problem. While you are charging the Beanie Headset,
do not use it. Leave it alone and let it charge.
Solution #3: Defining blinking
Whenever your put your headset to charge, there is a red light that indicates
that the headset is charging. When the charging is completed, you may see
the indicator light turning green or blue. And that is when you have to
removed the charger carefully.

Solution #4: Read the instruction manual

This is self-explanatory!
