Team Formation

Instructions:
 You will now form your Practice Venture (PV) teams. Within your teams, you will also assign and take up
roles such as CEO, CTO, etc. based on your passion and flow.
 This session is divided into 2 parts:
o Part 1, where an entrepreneurship expert, called Master Faculty, will share the science behind
team formation and cite some real-life examples to share the tips and best practices for doing so.
o Part 2, where the facilitator will help you form teams for your respective PVs.
 The Master Faculty will share his/her expertise and thoughts for 20 minutes while you will complete your
team formation in the next 40 minutes.
Foundational Course in Entrepreneurship

 Use the activity handouts, Form Teams and Assign Roles – Process Flow and Form Teams and Assign
Roles – Framework to complete the activity.
 Reach out to your facilitator if you have any questions.
