OVERALL.JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing superior customer service through efficient processing of customer
orders efficient management of warehouse & inventory for the effective and efficient execution
of the distributor strategies to support filed sales in selling volume, achieving distribution/
pricing and also deliver cost efficiencies throucgh logistics processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Management of war chousing.
 Receiving of stocks from supplier.
 Efficient & or Time Vein Loading.
 Maintain Inventory accuracy.
 Track &. reduce product damages.
 Maintain warehouse quality.
 Ensure efficient transportation.
 Create a new market for our company.
 To solve customer queries.
 Achieve a target.
 Ensure the floor of the van in clean (No oil cans, other items).
 Do not stand of the cases.
 Do no throw cases while loading.
 Keep loose stock in casc or inner carton.
 Deep lighter weight cases on heavier cases. Supply Chain. Distribution, Logistics.

Present Job Profile(VISHAL RETAIL Ltd):
 Floor Movement Register should be maintained properly which can be cross verified by
manager and admin manager at any time.
 Stock Movement Register should be updated. It includes opening stock, inward, outward,
goods return and closing balance.
 With the help of stock movement report you have to prepare a fast moving and slow moving
item report and have to present a report to the manger and after discussion with him try to
take appropriate actions.
. Be Ensure that all the Products are having right barcodes, price tags and Sensor Tags .
. Be Ensure that Display should be proper and it should be as per gondola capacity.
 Proper attention should be given against the Sales Targets. It's your duty either to divide the
Targets into Department or section wise.
. If there is any need of change in product display; it should be changed after Discussing with
the Manager
. Product Knowledge and Training should be given to Team Members and Team Leaders.
 Check the Dress Code and Shaved Beared and ensure that staff is not using mobiles in
the store.
 Stock Take has to be done if physical and computer stock variation is more than 5%.
 Requirement should be made as per the ROL level and if you want to change ROL then take the
permission from manager.
 Inform the security about suspicious customer and shop lifters.
 Coordinate with the EDP Manager and knowing all the schemes prevailing in floor and it should also be
highlighted properly.
 Proper attention should be given towards dusting.

 Review of targets on daily basis and break up the target at division level at your end.

 Daily Morning Briefing has to be done with employees and discuss the yesterday's
performance with the employees and also inform them today's targets. And if there is any
news about the company, it should be briefed in the morning.]

 Inspection of each section and salesman should be done and comments noted in the
manager's book. After the floor managers, Manager to see customer return desk. head cashier
and security in-charge.
 Check the Item wise weekly Report Format and it should be verified daily of certain
departments.
 Manager should check that all the merchandise should be stacked or hanged as per price and
style as per the gondola capacity.
 Checking of Daily Physical Counting of Theft Prone items and it should be cross verified.
 Coordinate with FMCG vendors and try to get the best schemes from the Market.
 Be ensuring that if any Scheme is running in the showroom, it should be in the knowledge of
every employee and it should be highlighted properly.
 Be ensuring that all the Reports should be dumped into MIS before Closing.
 Motivation level should be generated among the employees by giving them proper training
and.
 If any Goods Received From Head office or Vendor, Check that Proper Process should be
followed. Gate entry should be done in sap as well as manually.
 Hierarchy of Showroom to be maintained.
