APPLICATION FOR RELEASING OF VEHICLE BEARING

REGISTRATION NO. UP 32 EN 9313

The applicant most respectfully begs to submit as under :

1. That the applicant is the registered owner of the aforesaid

vehicle Bajaj Three Wheeled Vehicle (Auto rickshaw)

bearing Registration No. UP 32 EN 9313.

2. That the aforesaid vehicle has been seized by the Police of

P.S. Krishnanagar in Motor Vehicle Act, P.S. Krishna

Nagar, District: Lucknow on 27.02.2020.

3. That the said vehicle of the applicant is not involved in

any case and also have all valid documents but have been
 seized without any rhyme and reason by the Police of

Krishna nagar.

4. That the said vehicle is lying in the campus of Police

Station Krishnanagar in the open sky without any safety

measures. Due to which the said vehicle is being

deteriorated day by day.

5. That the applicant undertakes that he will produce the

said vehicle whenever required or directed by this Hon'ble

Court.

6. That applicant is ready to furnish the adequate sureties

for release of the vehicle.

WHEREFORE it is most respectfully prayed that this

Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to released the vehicle

bearing registration no. U.P. 32 EN 9313 Bajaj Three wheeled

Vehicle (Auto Rickshaw) in favour of the applicant in the

interest of justice.

I, Trilochan Singh Bhatia aged about 66 years son of Late

Kalyan Singh Bhatia resident of ED 1/274 Sector D-1 Kanpur
Road LDA Colony, Lucknow the deponent solemnly affirms on
oath as under:
1. That the deponent is the applicant and owner of the seized
vehicle as such he well conversant with the facts deposed
hereunder in this application.
2. That the contents of para 1 to 6 of the application are true
my personal knowledge and belief.
