4.1 MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

The tables below shows the level of bacterial load in the various samples

analyzed. The analysis was conducted for each samples using selected dilution

factors (10-3 and 10-5) on nutrient agar (NA), Mannitol salt agar (MSA) and

Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA) and Eosin methylene blue (EMB). The result

shows that the sample yielded growth of bacteria. However some of the dilution

factor gave countable growth or too numerous growth, and some had no growth.
