There terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By using/surfing this website; you accept the below
mentioned TERMS & CONDITIONS in full. If you disagree with these TERMS & CONDITIONS or any part of
it; you should not use this website.
Purpose
~The purpose of this agreement also clearly identifies the roles and responsibilities of each party
as they relate to providing the consolidated DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND USAGE that
server both P1 and P2. That P2 will not break the Laws and sending spam emails to P1 and other
members / users of P1.

Membership Responsibilities
When you become a Member, you agree to the following:

~You will notify us if something changes;
~You are not breaking any laws when you use the Ads Appear Network

Other Important Guidelines
~Dollar rate of account upgradation is Pkr 125 and withdrawal rate is Pkr 122.
~You may only have three accounts per ip and mac address and please do not
attempt to create more than three accounts using same ip and mac address or all of
your accounts will be terminated.
~If User (P2) have forgotten his/her user information then all he/she needs to simply
do is to send request by clicking at "Forget your Password" at Login Page and new
password will be e-mailed to User.
~Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Ads Appear
Network without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is
also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance policy against spamming and if we receive just
ONE SINGLE complaint against you, we will delete all current funds in your account.
If you are reported as spamming for a second time, after verification your account
will be terminated.
~In case of misbehavior, abuse, psychological/racial/religious/mobile/power
harassment, coercion, excessive force, profiling, threats, bullying and/or offensive
behavior intended to disturb or upset other members and/or Ads Appear
Network Management or Staff by any member, he/she will be strictly dealt and
his/her and his/her down line member's accounts and funds will be immediately
deleted.
~It is mandatory for a premium member to click at-least 25 days during a month to
get the payout. In other case, we will seize all current funds in your account and your
account may be deleted.
~Ads Appear have rights to change their policies or terms and conditions any time
without any notice and p2 have no rights to complain about anything.
~We have the right to suspend / terminate or delete your account at any time (even if
you have paid), without warning for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or
explanation and without liability. The User will not be liable to claim his
account/amount Nor can take legal action against Ads Appear Network.
~If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating
in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept
to be posted on a "wall of shame".
~All payments to PREMIUM members are made via Mobile Service and no other
payment method is being used at this time. You must manually request for payment
to be processed and it will be issued within 120 working hours depending on our
work-load. You must accumulate the minimum requisite withdrawal amount
(mentioned on website) before payment will be issued. Standard members are not
eligible to get the payment. Every payment we made will be charged 7% service
Charges. (All charges like Sending payments, Website mantainence, Staff Salaries,
Office expense included in 7%). no other charges, charge to you.
~You are not an employee of Ads Appear Network and you are not an
independent contractor for Ads Appear Network. We simply create a middle-man
connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Ads Appear Network has
the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
~We have the right to change our Terms of Conditions at any time without prior
consent or notice. No member, standard or premium, will have the right to challenge
the Ads Appear Network Management decisions in any court of law in any part of
the world. In such case, complainant's membership will be dis-continued and he/she
will be prosecuted accordingly and all expenses of that execution will be borne by
such member.
~In any case website will be offline p2 has no right's to go against Ads Appear
Network and Ads Appear Network is not responsible for any of p2 loss.
~By agreeing the TERMS & CONDITIONS; you agree that You use the Site at your
own risk and the Site and services are provided "As Is."
~We are not saying that the Site will meet any of your specific needs or that you will
get any particular results if you use the Site. We are not responsible for the conduct of
other Users' conduct on- or off-line.
 ~We encourage you to always keep backups of your Content. Ads Appear
Network is not responsible if any of your Content is deleted, or if any modification,
suspension or discontinuation of the Site or services causes you to lose any Content—
even if you're a Paying Member.
~While we make an effort to keep the Site up and running at all times, we are not
responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in
operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any User communication, whether the result
of our maintenance of the Site or any problems or technical malfunction of any
network, servers, software or equipment, Internet traffic or any other failure of any
nature.
~You can also post your Business ads on our website to promote your business and
let other people to find you on this platform. You can post your Ads by contacting
Management of Ads Appear Network.
~The Site contains links to Websites Ads, wholly unrelated to Ads Appear
Network. For example, when you click to a link, you will be redirected to Ads
Appear Network advertiser’s page. If you enter the advertiser’s site, or otherwise
click on links to third party sites, you will be leaving the Site. When you do so, you
will be governed by the terms of conditions and privacy policy of that other site. You
should review that site's terms and policies.
Refund Policy
Account Upgradation Fee Refundable or Claimable.
~Account Upgrade Fee to become Premium Member is Refundable/ Claimable after 5
days but condition persist.
~The Upgradation fee is refundable/ claimable within 5 days of account purchase
date Only if user has not withdrawal amount.
~After 5 days, the user will not be liable to claim the Account upgradation fee in any
case
Things to keep in Mind
~Though everything in these Terms of Conditions is a binding contract, we need to let
you know the following:
~If any any one use ADSAPPEAR or any official name as a Username or Name so we
will terminate his/her account without any notice.
~Some Obligations Continue Even after You've Gone. Even if you close your account
or we terminate your Membership, you will still be responsible for indemnifying us
for breaches that took place while you used the Site and Ads Appear Network.
Obligations you owed to us and Users of the Site, which by their nature are intended
to survive closing or termination, will survive. At the time of signing-up for
membership, you affirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of
Conditions.
