3. Suffering of the souls: lack of contentment and happiness
4. Propagation of materialism and economic disparity
5. Deterioration of culture

7. Environmental threats:
a. Pollution : air, water, soil, noise
b. Green House Effect and Global warming
c. Acid rains
d. Ozone depletion
e. Change in climatic pattern: pattern of seasons, winds, precipitation
f. Melting of glaciers: floods, rise in the sea-level
8. Health loss:
a. Deterioration of health
b. Proliferation of diseases and extinction of species
9. Unfair usage of scientific commodities: weapons, information technology, and other
scientific devices

 Many predicaments have been mushroomed in the life of a contemporary man owing to
the evolution of science; however, science has also contributed at a whooping extent to
facilitate human beings
 Scientific world vs. unscientific worlds
 Efficacious exhortations to minimize the pernicious impacts of science, and to maximize
the benefits of science:
1. Hold the rope of religion (whatever a person believe) and don’t forget the ethics
2. Promote education, democracy, awareness, and love in the world
3. Don’t abandon the ‘valuable’ traditional practices just for the sake of fashion and
modernization
4. Social media should provide an efficacious role
5. Conserve nature
6. Prefer renewable resources to non-renewable resources of energy
7. Foster the practice of plantation and discourage deforestation
8. Reduce the excessive usage of electric appliance and private transportation
9. Curb the production of nuclear as well as the conventional weapons
10. Establish and strengthen environment control institutions and policies
11. Binding of environmental rules and regulations should be across the board
