and limited geographical area; but we can control population and utilize the existing one
for the development

 Propagate the true religious teaching about birth and marriages
 Manage/control the flux of refugees
 Promulgate contraceptive usage and family planning
 Create job opportunities; empowerment of women
 NGO,s , civil societies, and media should perform their role
 Develop effectual public policies and plans
