• Netbrain : Using netbrain automation device for monitoring all devices, Network devices backup, Health checkup. • Cisco IP phones Troubleshooting/ AVAYA phone troubleshooting - Vlan ,Auth code, cisco phone configuration from CUCM • FortigEgate firewall 1500D- Backup and policy addition for different requirements • Using Fortinet Analyzer to find out the issue, hitting correct policy or not • VSS configuration on Core switch 6807 series • EtherChannel configuration on switch • Network devices Health check-up and device backup on daily basis • Router/switch Password recovery using rommon mode • Cisco IOS Up-gradation • Performing Link-failover test of devices as per requirement to ensure availability • Using Solar wind/sapphire Monitoring tool to Monitor Networking devices(e.g., routers, switches) and ensure system availability and reliability • Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches) • Provide WI-FI connectivity to users using WLC controller • Troubleshooting WI-FI related issues and hard reset of AP. • configuration of CISCO access point -3702i, 3800 Series, Register them into wireless controller • We are resolving technical issue on call on remotely. • Supporting LAN and WAN networks • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems as per given SLA • Using remedy ticketing tool • Providing daily operational support and system administration for core network infrastructure. • Involved in developing Networking standards, procedures and documentation. • Participating in 24x7 on-call rotations.
