my behalf, as he/she was given a failing grade in the class report submitted previously by the
undersigned due to miscommunication and uninformed action done the student her/himself.
Moreover, said student was attending Ms. Gloria's class with the same subject description.

I am hoping for your positive response with regards to this matter. Attached herewith is the
new print out of the the E-Grades with the corrected grade of the above-mentioned student
