Iron man was directed by Jon Fawreau and is one
of the best action film about superhero. It has
grossed more than half billion dollars.
It stars Robert Downey Jr. in main role, Gwyneth
Paltrow and Jeff Bridges in supporting roles. This
film had set in motion the biggest cinematic
universe based on comics and it made Robert
Downey Jr. one of the best paid actors in the
world.
Robert Downey Jr. plays Tony Stark, billionaire,
genius, playboy and a chief weapons
manufacturer, who had been deadly injured and
captured by terrorist organization in Afghanistan. In the cave he builds an arc reactor,
which powers a suit armor and escape from captivity. After come back home, he closes
his weapon company and upgrades his suit. Pepper Pots, played by Gwyneth Paltrow,
helps Tony with everything and in the end of a movie she will have an important role.
The film was released in spring 2008 and won Saturn Awards for Best Actor and Best
Director. Also it received two nominations at the 81st Academy Awards for Best Sound
Editing and Best Visual Effects.
This film is my favorite because of brilliant
acting of Robert Downey Jr., amazing
screenplay and absolutely fascinating plot.
After watching this film, you will probably
add its soundtrack to your playlist and so
far, Iron Man won an award for best visual
effects, that`s why special effects are
totally spectacular. I don`t understand,
why rating of film is only 8/10, for me it`s
10/10 and I think this film is for audience
elder 12 years old and for everyone, why
likes action films. After watching this one you won`t stop and another 21 films are
waiting for you!
