Our eating habits are very varied because our diet is not healthy since due to our study

schedule we consume fast food despite the fact that there are days that we consume healthy

salad, it is very important to know that a healthy diet It is a symbol of a healthy life because we
feel alive and healthy despite the fact that sugar is also important in our diet unless we
consume it excessively as it causes us diseases, if we must know that water is also essential
which helps the metabolism.
