One of the restaurants in the Ang Mo Kio region called Rahim Muslim Food
Restaurant, which is now the family business was carried on by Muhamad Toha.
Muhamad Toha is the son of the owner, her father is a satay seller and her mother
was a cook specialist on mie rebus when they were still charge of the restaurant.

This restaurant is selling boiled noodles, but this boiled noodles are on
another level. They used peanut sauce and sweet potatoes gravy that covered the
boiled yellow noodles. This ideanof combining the menu into once came from a
student customer who asked the vendor to add a satay sauce and chiken pieces. As a
result, the request for this came alive and a boiled noodle recipe mixed with chicken
stick sauce, which is now sold and valued for $4,50, but if you want to get the special
package, an additional $1,50 will get an addition tasteful chicken drumstick.

For an extra hit of mouth-watering flavour, I just had to splash on some of

their “black chilli”, which is essentially really spicy chilli padi slices marinating in
dark soya sauce till it all becomes one homogeneously dark and glossy condiment.
