I am writing this letter to tell you about the inconvenience I am facing at your
rental store. I have been renting VCDs and DVDs every Friday for our family’s
movie marathon bonding. I’ve been hearing rumors about your secret room
in your store which you use to avoid the authorities. The room contains all
the latest titles of pirated VCDs and DVDs, including X-rated tapes. You know
that the disc itself is a product of piracy, which means you leeched an
artwork from the filmmaker or the production team.

I would like to request you to handle this matter as soon as possible.
