From Table 2, it was hghligted improvement is required in condenser E-503. Check

valve at cooling water supply of condenser E-503 is required to prevent back flow
of cooling water. On the other hand, improvement is suggested for reboiler E-504.
To ensure reliable supply of steam, flow alarm is recommended in steam supply
stream in the event of pipe rupture and steam supply system failure. Furthermore,
improvement is also required in Distillation Column T-500. Check valve is required
at the inlet to prevent back flow of process stream wherease flow meter and flow
alarm is installed to ensure consistent inlet flow. Temperature sensor and alarm is
also required to alert the operators in the event of high or low column
temperature. Beside that, improvement is required for control valves TV-509 and TV-
508 in the event of valve failure.In this case, bypass backup valves are required.
