No. 11466 otherwise known as Salary Standardization Law (SSL) of 2019, your salary is
hereby adjusted effective January 1, 2020 as follows:

1. Monthly basic salary/daily wage rate under the new Salary

Schedule; SG-15 P 32,053.00

2. Actual monthly basic salary/daily wage rate as of January

1,2020. SG-15 P 30,531.00

3. Monthly salary adjustment/Daily wage adjustment effective P 1,522.00

January 1, 2020 (1-2)

It is understood that this salary/wage adjustment is subject to review and post-audit and
to appropriate re-adjustment and refund if found not in order.
