Accomplishments:

 Conceptualize minor activities that the group might encounter during and after

the preparation of the seminar. Among these are:

- the proposed dry-run before the event proper

- using “Discord” App for efficient communication among the organizers of

the event.

-conceptualize poster ads and video ads.

 Create a group chat where the team can discuss any future events as well as to

coordinate with each.

Future Events:

 Conduct meeting within this week

 Conceptualize Advertisement

 Layout promotional tools

 Generate a Gantt Chart for the team

 Posting of approved ads.
