Introduction  
This study focuses on the effectiveness of having online appointment
scheduling system in business.  
According to Prasanth Mannava (2020), a digital marketing analyst, online
reservation or appointment scheduling software is important on businesses
because it allows people to schedule accept online appointments, send
automated reminders, and manage events easily. It also saves time, allows
the staff access from anywhere, which makes scheduling possible even
when they are away from the office, and send automated reminders to your
customers, which decreases the number of appointments missed while
increasing profits.  
Technologies are a big help on daily life, even on businesses. As stated by
Kokemuller (2019), technology is also important in businesses because it
helps in many ways and do things bigger, better or faster than you could
without technology. He also mentioned that aside from that importance,
using technology it improves the communication, optimized production,
inventory management and financial record-keeping. 
In our everyday living, most of the people are having a "me time" or
pampering day. Where they are going to a salon to have either spa,
manicure or pedicure or grooming time. But sometimes, if the salon is
famous or it is a known place where a lot of customers are going, most of
the time the salon is having difficulties or a hard time managing their
business or shop when it comes to the amount of the customers. An online
appointment scheduling is recommended in this kind of situation to have
easy access for the customers and the owner of the salon, and they can
manage the flow of customers who come to the salon. This system provide
condition that the customer should follow, once you set an appointment, you
cannot cancel it.  
An online appointment scheduling is to have a specific time or plan a
meeting or some important things to do at the appointed time, particularly
when you want to have a schedule in advance online. The online
appointment scheduling system in Ace salon is a good idea for regular and
new customers. Because most of the time they are having trouble with how
can they manage their shop with lots of customers. That’s why Online
appointment system is important task in the operation of all sized
organization.

Therefor if they will create a website for online appointment scheduling it is

manage the time and the customers, it is less hassle for the customers and
employees, easy access about the scheduled time of the salon, reduced

Objective

The objective of this study is to give a solution to the problem and create a
system that is helpful to the customers and employees of the salon. This
study is generally to have easier management and to reduce the implication
to the salon. Specifically, this will answer the following objectives;  
Specific objectives:  
* To make it easier and convenient to the customers and employees. 
* To have easy access about the salon. 
* To have time management and make it organized.  
* The stress level will be lessened. 

 
Scope and limitation  
The proposed Online Appointment Scheduling System was designed and
developed for big business that don’t have any ways to make their work
faster and better. There is one salon located on Calamba, Laguna and it
don’t have any online ways for their business. Also, for the customers who
wants an easiest way and less hassle for them in scheduling their time. 
The design and platform of the project is a web-based system that manages
the customers, and businesses appointments of scheduling their time and
provides the effectiveness of using online or websites for easy access
between the customers and the people of the salon.  
 
 
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to create, set and schedule automated beauty
appointment allows you to set turns. By enabling the turn function you are
able to accept appointments from multiple clients at the same time. Use the turn function for
your fast treatments and get the most out of your opening hours
