COMPLETE TUTORIAL TO OBTAIN DEVCERT FROM OPDA

1. go to this link http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592

2. click register

3. fill the blanks

-security quiz
-username
-password
-confirm password
-email

4. click submit (red button)

5. go to this link once again http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592 and
jump to the last page
6. post your IMEI no, phone model and date
7. remember no of your post (top right)
8. post anything in this forum at least 5 post (appreciation are accepted) until you
obtain 5 OP

9. wait for a few days until your number is in the range at the first page
http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592. for example if your post is
34200 then look into 34195-35520
10. click the link under your range number
11. click the link with winrar icon under hundreds of IMEI

12. the browser will direct you to buy the cert using your OP point
13. in case the browser do not directing you, click the redirecting link (in circle)
14. click submit (red button) to download your cert and key

15. the browser will redirect again and start downloading the file
16. once again if the browser stop from directing you, click the redirecting link
17. done
