Dear Sir,

Please find enclosed herewith tender documents for

above mention work duly filled Signed & stamped for your kind
consideration. These are few Terms in this regards.
1. Space for labour hutment & store provided by client free
of cost.
2. Electricity & water supplied by client free of cost.
3. Mobilization advance 20% without bank guarantee.
4. 65% against supply.
5. 5% against installation.
6. 10% against testing & handing over.
7. 80% RA Bill clear within 7 days of Submission of bill .
8. Any increase of rate shall be paid extra as per RBI norms.
9. Taxes Extra.
