Good day!

It is my pleasure to officially announce that we will be hosting 4th Dr. Joel Padoran
Volleyball National Cup 2019 in cooperation of the City government of Tagum and the
Provincial Government of Davao del Norte this coming December 15 to 22, 2019.

The tournament will feature volleyball league men's category and participated by
the Commercial players around the country.

With regards to this, we would like to invite you to participate in our volleyball tournament.
Aside from promoting tourism and sports camaraderie. This tournament also aims to support the
victims of recent earthquake around minadanao with the Theme:" Serve and Play" Volleyball for
a cause for the earthquake victim of Davao del Sur and North Cotabato. With the tagline: hawak
kamay sa pagbangon.

Guidelines
The league will cater 16 teams only and teams must consist a maximum of 14 players and a
minimum of 10 players, registration fee is P 10,000. Half of it must be paid to reserve a slot.
(First 16 teams who paid the half amount guarantee their slot) .Participating teams shall attend
the opening ceremony for the draw lots and discussion of the ground rules. Arrival should be
onDecember 15, 2019. 12:00 noon for the motorcade, Pre-Gala Night at the Rotary Gym covered
court. Kindly submit your official line up and list of coaching staff so that we can prepare
identification cards for you.

Venue and Prizes

It will be held at Rotary Gymnasium, Rotary Park Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

 CHAMPION Php 300,000 trophies and plaque

 1st Runner-up Php 200,000 trophies and plaque
 2nd Runner-up Php 150,000 trophies and plaque
 3rd Runner-up Php 100,000 trophies and plaque
 Plus individual awards and cash.
