Unit 4
1. Passive Voice

a. Present Passive
When one talks about Indonesian street food, this menu will often be found anywhere
in the city. Javanese salad with peanut sauce, or widely known as 'pecel' is actually
quite healthy food. Of course there are several kind of 'pecel' but not so much
different from one another. Mostly, the side dish is the one that makes it different. In
one portion of it, the steamed vegetables like bean sprouts, long beans, cabbages,
swamp cabbages, basil and chopped cucumber are served with shredded meat in
coconut spice or sweet dried tempe, boiled egg in red stew and poured with peanut
sauce. Don't forget the traditional yellowish crisp with nuts or tiny shrimp while
