Estabillo must have his company’s hierarchy

first. As stated, he is doing all supervisory works. As the company grows bigger, it will be harder for him
to supervise all his employees and operations at once. He should be hiring supervisors/managers for
each of his company’s operations and to directly report to him. This way he will know which operation
he needs to focus first and the least without exhausting himself too much supervising all his company’s
operations.
