on March, 19th, 2019. You are kindly requested to mobilize your inspection crew &
equipment tomorrow Wednesday 20/03/2019 to perform the following inspections
on Rig- Admarine-6:

Item Description Inspections required

1 15 Jts of 5” CSG, # 18 PPF, N-80, BTC, R3  API Drifting.
 Visual thread inspection.
2 30 Jts of 5” CSG, # 15 PPF, N-80, BTC, R3  Ultra-Sonic Wall thickness

N.B.
 Mobilization of Equipment will be from Zeitco Jetty Gabal El-Zeit.
 Personnel shall have the required permits for Ras Gharib Heliport & Zeitco Jetty.
 Trucks shall have permits for Zeitco jetty.
