Hello Everybody, I am standing here today because I am not sitting. I am also here
today because I’m going to deliver my entertainment essay. This essay is inspired from
a very short facebook post. After I had seen this post I craved the one word that is
written in that post. Luckily we had that food in the pantry. I considered this as the best
“merienda” when I was a kid.

The pancit canton, many people cook this when they have no more “ulam”.This
“merienda” can be your start at cooking. And now I will not not how to cook this. This
essay is not a joke. First; boil water I a pot. Never put too much water because it can be
catastrophic when you boil it. Second; put the pancit canton in the scolding hot water.
Don’t boil it for too long or else it will become lomi canton, I learned this when I was a
kid. Third; strain the noodles, I always had the fear that the noodles would go to the sink
so I use a strainer. Fourth; mix the seasonings and eat. And that ends my second
paragraph. This paragraph was surprisingly short.

This is not the conclusion of this essay. For it is only the beginning. Anyways, I would
like to thank my extremely quiet audience. And once again my name is King Martin M.
