Reviews and development of maintenance strategies for static and rotating equipment and compliance of the planned preventive
maintenance program to the company’s Safety & Environment Critical Element (SECE) performance standards,
Development and reviews of the Static and rotating equipment planned preventive and monitoring maintenance program settings, to
ensure that the maintenance tasks undertaken are adequate to prevent unplanned equipment failure.
Collaborate with the Inspection team and provide support for inspection requirements on the mechanical equipment assets as
necessary
Interface with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, modifications, spare parts,
drawings and the resolution of technical problems
Work with the Operations team during commissioning phase for all rotating equipment, provision of technical support on deviations
and maintenance engineering input into design, 3D model and constructability reviews as well as Factory and Site Acceptance
Testing.
Development of the scope of works for Static and Rotating equipment Maintenance for Turnarounds Long Term Plans
Act as an Independent Competent Person (ICP) to carry out studies to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect
plant operations
Ensure RAM is assessed and compliant during project and handover
Ensure Availability and Reliability of plant and equipment
Ensure Goal Zero in all maintenance Support Services and to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees and
contractors.
Manages strategies to ensure safe and reliable work access, and lifting and rigging provision at all company controlled facilities, thus
providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs in work access provision and leadership in lifting and rigging, including

leading/participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as may be required in compliance with Company HSE requirements to ensure
optimal production of LNG.

adhere to proper Management of Change (MOC) where required to assure safety, quality and reduction in OPEX cost of service
provision.
Piping stage
Reviewed Method of statement, specifications, and standards of materials (pipes, fittings, flanges, gaskets… etc.)
Coordinated with the QC department to cover any required NDT or Heat treatment (preferably before installation lifting to avoid
difficult accessibility).
Coordinated with scaffolding groups to make access for assembly of the whole lines at any elevation (fit-up and welding by taking
level and alignment into consideration).
Supervised welding of vents/drains, pipe supports which to be erected in position at structure.
Coordinated with the engineering department to divide piping scope into test packages.
Closed punch items and release test packages for hydro, service, and visual test.)
Accomplishments
