Dear Chairman,
This is to request your good office for a certified true copy of your log book with a
Tala Blg. 105485 dated 12-18-2018 a case regarding my complaint against a
certain person named Leah Perello who continuously operating a piggery in
violation of the aforestated agreement hereto as quoted that “ Ang kasunduan po
nasa itaas ay pananatilihin at susundin at kung may maamoy na akong
makakasama sa kalusugan na magmumula sa babuyan ni BB. Leah Perello agad
itong ipaalam sa Barrangay at mga Tanggapan ng pamahalaang Lungsod ng Sta.
Rosa upang bisitahin at inspekyunin at kung hindi tatalimahin maari na itong
idulog sa barrangay para sa endorsement upang madulog sa tamang Tanggapan na
kailangan”. That when my brother Mr. Ruben C. Porciuncula went to your office
on September 23, 2019 for proper endorsement of said violation he was told that
there is nothing to be done and should go to city hall where the matter should be
elevated. For the information of this office we are just requesting for a certificate
to file action on this matter but the problem is that the illegal operation of this
piggery that affect our community should be stop by your office for violation of
many laws under BATAS PAMBANSA BLG.337 ( An Act Enacting Local Govt.
Code ) Chapter 3, Sec.88 (J) enforce laws and regulation relating to pollution and
environmental control/and effect arrests of violators thereof. (l) look after the
general welfare of the barangay and under Sec.389 (i) Enforce laws and regulations
relating to pollution control and protection of the environment. It is therefore, your
barangay can stop the operation of said piggery business for non compliance of the
requirements as provided by law. That the this problem affects more than twenty
(20) families with children and senior citizens suffered illness from its detrimental
operation of this piggery that spread to brgy. Malusak and to our place brgy.
