The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for

the State submitted that the petition enquiry is pending on the file
of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioners
under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case

and on considering the submission made by the learned Government
Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete
the investigation within a period of three weeks.
