how much it’s affecting you, even as it takes a heavy toll. That’s why it’s
important to be aware of the common warning signs and symptoms of stress
overload.

Signs and symptoms of stress divide to 4 section :

- Cognitive
- Emotional
- Physical
- Behavioral
1. Cognitive symptoms
- Seeing only the negative :
It means that when we face something,we just or always see the
negative one not the positive side. It makes the person become
peccimistic and anxious. It also makes the person become not
confident with theirself, their ability as the result push away that
person from success.
- Constant worrying
Worrying too much can have an impact later on our health. It also
can impact to people around us because they can feel our
anxiousity.
2. Emotional Symptoms
- Depression or general unhappiness
It is seen from facial expressions and behavior.
- Feeling overwhelmed
Feel too many tasks or something delegated.
- Moodiness, irritability, or anger
The mood can change quickly sometimes angry, happy, sad.

3. Physical symptoms
- Aches
- Dizziness
- Diarrhea
- Faster heart rate

During stress, the production of adrenaline hormones will increase, resulting in heart
palpitations, tingling, and insomnia.

In addition, the hormone can also trigger tension in the muscles of the shoulder, nape,
forehead, and jaw. This whole situation can make a person susceptible to headaches.
4. Behavioral Symptoms
- Eating more or less
Stress can disrupt the balance in the body. One of the disturbed body balances
when you are stressed is the physiological body associated with eating intake.
- Sleeping too much or too little
- Using alcohol, cigarettes or drugs : it is for divert themselves
frorm stress.
- Nervous habit
