Subject : changing room and late submission

Dear Ms. Sinta Dewi,

I am writing to inform you about changing room for our next meeting and my late submission of
assignment.
There are renovations in some rooms, one of which is the meeting room we had agreed. Due to that,
there is a change of room for our next meeting. I have asked the admin section about an empty room
that can be used and set it for our meeting. In concequence, we will move to room 2101. If you have any
suggestion, do not hesitate to tell me.
Regarding my late submission of assignment, I had suffered from chicken pox. Because of that, I could
not do my assignment because I have to bed rest. Otherwise, if I force myself to do the assignment then
the result will be less satisfactory. I hope you understand.
If you have any questions, please let me know and I will answer as I can. Thank you for your
