Food and Health

 What is a well-balance diet?


 Some people do not have a well-balanced diet, feeding on meals that are
bad for their health.
 In order to have a well-balanced diet, we have to take some care, for
example:

One: eat mostly cereals and grains at breakfast;

Two: don’t forget to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables;

Three: have some protein like meat, fish, cheese, yoghurt, eggs and nuts;

Four: have small portions of fat and sugar;

Five: don’t forget to drink plenty of water.

 Healthy habits
 Healthy habits are very important to our health. If we do not have some
healthy habits, we may later have health problems.
 We should have some healthy habits such as:
 Sleep for nine hours every night;
 Eat breakfast every day;
 Drinks lots of coffe when you are exercising;
 Do lots of sports;
 Have a shower after sports;
 Exercise outside as often as we can;
 Don’t take drugs;
 Don’t stay in the sun too long;
