Healthy habits
Healthy habits are very important to our health. If we do not have some
healthy habits, we may later have health problems.
We should have some healthy habits such as:
Sleep for nine hours every night;
Eat breakfast every day;
Drinks lots of coffe when you are exercising;
Do lots of sports;
Have a shower after sports;
Exercise outside as often as we can;
Don’t take drugs;
Don’t stay in the sun too long;
