during your visit to a clinic/ hospital. Use the following form to help you organize your ideas.

Area Feedback
I have learned about that district hospitals
have crucial links that exist with many
Content other aspects of the health system and the
(What have I learned?) importance of its rendered services to the
public played a very important role in the
health of the whole region with clearly
defined phases and sound methods they also
provide the structure and control required to
achieve safe opening and efficient health
services.
Since we didn’t have the opportunity to
visit any district hospital, we learned some
Process general information about it by researching
(How did I learn it?) and finding some data about it and relating
it to other district hospitals as well.
The reason why we learned about it is
because it is in relation and it is inline with
Reasons our subject which is the Health Information
(Why did I learn it?) System. We also learned about it to acquire
some basic knowledge regarding district
hospitals since it can help us improve our
skills that is related to our course of
profession.
As a student taking up the course of
medical laboratory science we are expected
to be exposed within an hospital and
laboratory type of environment and learning
Academic and professional development all about these things help me to improve
(How does this learning experience my knowledge about the things that are
contribute to my academic and professional usually happening inside a district hospital
development?) and can be related to any other hospital in
general. Because of this knowledge I can
gradually progress my knowledge in to a
level that understands the work flow inside
a hospital.
It had inspired me to become better in every
aspect possible for me to deliver quality
services in the future. It had also motivated
me to become the person that serve people
Personal Development wholeheartedly without any hesitations and
(What does this learning experience mean doubts. This learning had impacted my urge
to me?) to know more about the hospital setting and
how I can contribute within the context of
improving ones health and well being.
