NSDL - SPEED-e Registration Procedure

To register for a password based access to SPEED-e:

 Click on New user registration in the web link https://eservices.nsdl.com/

 Fill-up an online registration form (Do not check/click e-DIS Flag option and Do not
select the option “Mode of Usage”, do not provide mobile number)
 Choose your own 'User Id' (between 3 and 8 characters) and 'Password'. (between 8
and 16 characters), both alphanumeric
 Submit in person the duly filled-in registration form signed by all account holders.
(Please save the registration form generated online and take a print-out)
 Submit latest Transaction Statement given by DP only if an authorized
representative of the Client (other than the account holder(s)) visits the DP office
for submitting the Speed-e application)
 Submit duly signed “Terms & Conditions” (Annexure N) enclosed
 In case of joint holders, a Power of Attorney favouring any one individual should be
given (Annexure 3) enclosed. Account Holder-POA Details form should also be
submitted (Annexure 3.1) enclosed.
 DP will authorise your request and thereafter with the User-Id and Password you can
operate your SPEED-e account

Note: Please go through all the fields before filling up the form.

List of Documents to be submitted:

1. Speed-e application form duly filled-in and signed by all account holders
2. Power of Attorney (POA) in case of Joint Holder(s) - Annexure 3
3. Account Holder- POA Details - Annexure 3.1
4. Terms & Conditions – Annexure N
